For verified rights holders

Lawful takedowns for content you own.

IP Removal prepares and files copyright, trademark and counterfeit notices with hosts, platforms and search engines on behalf of verified owners and their authorized agents.

About the service

What IP Removal does, in plain language

Who we work for

IP Removal is a takedown service for people and companies that own creative work, brands or products. If someone has copied your photos, videos, writing or software, or is using your trademark to sell fakes or impersonate you, we help you report it to the websites, hosting providers and search engines involved. We only act for verified rights holders or agents who hold written authorization, so every case begins with a check of who owns what.

How a case is handled

You send us the links to the infringing material, the link to your original, and documents that show ownership, such as a registration, a license or a signed authorization letter. A reviewer reads everything, confirms the claim is genuine, and considers whether the use could be fair use or protected speech. If the claim holds up, we draft the notice for you to approve and send it through the correct channel for each platform, because every host and search engine has its own process and forms.

What happens afterwards

Once notices are filed, you can follow each one in a case log that records responses, removals and any counter-notices. We can also run ongoing monitoring for your registered works and marks, so new copies are flagged for your review before anything is sent. We never file automatically without your approval.

What we will not do

We do not remove lawful content, criticism, commentary, news reporting or public-interest material, and we turn down requests that appear false or abusive. Platforms make their own decisions, so we cannot promise any specific result. IP Removal is not a law firm and does not give legal advice; for legal questions, please speak with a qualified attorney.
